On your first login, you will be redirected to the eesti.ee portal to give state consent for data processing.

If your family doctor center has not joined the pre-visit service, we will show you a corresponding information.

You can choose from the following services:

• A new health problem
• Prescription renewal
• A visit from a healthy person
• My chronic illness
• Mental health services

For the selected service, please fill in all requested information and necessary data as accurately as possible. This helps the family health center team assist you better and more efficiently. Once your concern has been submitted, the family health center will contact you at the earliest opportunity
