Opening sick leaves every day until 20
Our GP-s are available each day, including weekends and public holidays. This enables employees to request an official fit note outside of regular working hours. During video visit with MinuDoc the doctor will assess the client's health and if necessary, will issue a sick leave up to 3 days and prescribe or renew prescriptions.
Multilanguage access to medical assistance
MinuDoc doctors are fluent in Estonian, English, Russian and Finnish. By that, they are able to offer assistance in native language to a number of foreign employees who otherwise would struggle getting doctor appointments.

Can you receive decent medical assistance over a video call?
Consulting a doctor over a video call is a relatively new service in Estonia so questions about its effectiveness come up. When we talk about visiting a doctor, we think about checking the patient's throat, listening lungs, taking blood pressure and after that making a diagnosis. Sometimes all of the above is necessary but more than
60% of doctor consultations do not need a physical examination.
