By ordering a prescription, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the following disorders, conditions or symptoms listed below, and that you do not use any of the medicines listed below that may be contraindicated when using this medicine or require special medical attention:

• Pregnancy. If you are pregnant, think you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or breastfeeding, you should inform your doctor immediately;
• You have no liver disease;
• You have no seriously impaired renal function;
• You have repeatedly or for unknown reasons experienced muscle pain or muscle cramps;
• You do not use cyclosporine (for example, after organ transplantation);
• You do not drink large amounts of alcohol on a regular basis;
• You do not have severe respiratory failure.

NB! Consult a doctor if you are being treated for HIV or hepatitis C, taking medications called blood thinners (warfarin, clopidogrel etc.), other medications to lower cholesterol, antacids (to neutralize acid in the stomach), oral contraceptives, regorafenib (used for cancer treatment), hormones.
