By ordering a prescription, you confirm that you do not suffer from any of the following disorders, conditions or symptoms listed below, and that you do not use any of the medicines listed below that may be contraindicated when using this medicine or require special medical attention:

do not use nitrates, which are often prescribed for the treatment of angina pectoris (chest pain), which can cause a dangerous decrease in blood pressure;
do not use “popper” or “poppers” (for example, amyl nitrite), which are used to enhance sexual stimulation, which can also cause a dangerous decrease in blood pressure;
do not use a medicine called Riotsiguaat, which is used for pulmonary arterial hypertension (i.e., high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e., treatment of high blood pressure in the lungs due to blood clots);
do not use drugs called protease inhibitors used to treat HIV;
do not use antifungal drugs;
you have no serious heart or liver problems;
you have not recently had a stroke, heart attack, and your resting blood pressure is not very low (<90/50 mm Hg) and not very high (> 170/100 mm Hg);
you do not have a life-threatening heart rhythm disorder;
you do not have rare inherited eye diseases (such as retinitis pigmentosa);
you have not previously had a loss of vision due to anterior ischemic visual neuropathy (NAION);
you did not have sickle cell anemia (red blood cell disease), leukemia (blood cancer), multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer);
you have no penile deformity or Peyronie’s disease;
you currently have no stomach ulcers or bleeding disorders (such as hemophilia).
