Id card authentication failed

  • Please verify Your ID card is properly inserted into the ID card reader.
  • Occasionally the browser might need a restart for the authentication to work properly.
  • On Mac computers we recommend to use Chrome or Firefox for ID card authentication. Safari does not support ID card authentication.
  • Verify that Your browser has the ID card plugins enabled!
  • Verify that You have the latest version of the browser and/or ID card software.
